Thanks for all the updates, I'm impressed with the Zeo, et al, knowledge base! Let's hope that something like the Zeo or better will emerge from the ashes.

Very recently nearly 2,600 Zeo Pro Sleep Managers (headband using Android App) were sold out by a reseller that had purchased all of the defunct Zeo Corp product stock. The Zeos were "recommended" on a popular techie podcast called Security Now. One misconception is that the Zeo Pro stopped working when the Zeo site shut down. The Zeo Android App works just fine stand-alone, recording and showing the results on just the App on the Android device. Since then and again very recently, new Zeo-compatible software has been written using the Zeo's Android API to export the data from the app so it can be imported into Sleepyhead, or into a spreadsheet, or into a Windows program called Zeo Data Viewer. Plus a new ZeoCompanion App has been created that provides a parallel sleep journal on the Android to replace what was lost from the myZeo website.

And then there is the headband, designed to die in 90 days or so.
Too bad the Melon EEG never got off the ground . . .

Here's a link to one of the apps

The headband doesn't die in 90 days it just gets dirty. Zeo programmed in a "change headband alert" that was based solely on days of use as a precaution. The alert can be ignored (or reset) without a problem. I've used headbands for nearly a year by preventing dirt accumulation on the pads with a light cleaning after each use.

Someone had an Instructable that indicated good cleaning results with rubbing alcohol.
Another used conductive fabric to repair a headband.

Yes, I've used rubbing alcohol and/or wipes appropriate for cpap masks. Being gentle is the key. One could repair them with new cloth, but I've not had to do that, yet. Our own Ted Wilson was making new ones, but I don't know if he is, still:

Another possibility is disposable ekg/eeg sensors. I've tried some, but I didn't like them much. The trick to these is finding ones with the correct snap size and then trimming to prevent overlap.

A couple of people have noted in other forums that now that there are 2,600 of the ZeoMobile headbands out there, some are popping up randomly for sale on eBay. However, watch the pricing. Those 2,600 Zeo's sold in Feb 2016 were priced at only $40.00 each from the warehouse reseller. I've seen people try to sell their Zeo Alarm Clocks with worn-out headbands for $250 to $350, but I've not seen what those trying to re-resell their ZeoMobiles wanted for price.
