I have started using a cervical collar which keeps much mouth closed. This has stopped the dry mouth problems for me.

Haven't checked Target/Walmart yet. Ordering online makes it more cost-prohibitive due to shipping fees.

I get mine at Amazon with free shipping. But this Walmart online is cheaper with free shipping.

a DME can't 'calibrate' a machine to make sure the settings are right. that's what an overnight sleep titration study does.
I'd find out what they're offering you for that 25$ instead of just throwing it away.

So blood and urine checked out okay, doctor put me on a diuretic, and we'll see how that goes.
Good news is, after a few nights of pulling the mask off while asleep (and putting it up neatly!) and getting very little actual rest -- I've got a temporary solution until I'm fully used to the mask -- I'm taking melatonin before bed, and I've had 2 nights of 6+ therapy hours, which is much more than I've had lately. I also have the mask very snug now (need liners to make it a bit less 'pressure-y'), and the leaks are down to around 5% (for Large Leak) and AHI is between 2 and 3.5.
