Thanks for the info. I know where the SD card is on my resmed and where the slot for the SD reader is on my laptop.
Amazing! Now all I have to do is download the software. Even MORE amazing is that I'll probably have more info than my docs now. I guess I'll have to take screen shots and upload them here... sounds logical.

Glad to hear you already have what you needed.

***UPDATE***
I just wanted to update everyone that I got a new mask, tubing, etc. and the problem has vanished! I can only attribute this to an over-used mask with blocked vents. I thought cleaning it alone would help, but it didn't. I always thought the replacement schedule for these items was largely so the manufacturers can make more money - and I'm sure it's that too - but with this mask it definitely matters!
Thank you again for all of your help and feedback!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Daniel

Thank you for your update, Daniel. And happy new year to you, too! I'm glad your problem was resolved. It is unfortunate that manufacturers would make masks that can deteriorate with such a negative effect (in industry we call this a "failure mode" and always design and test products to avoid such behavior). At least now you know and hopefully your story would help others (thanks to search functions).
All the best!

One more thing to try, wait laying down for 5minutes before you put on your mask. You could be out of breath.
