Sometimes it makes me hungry.
I have tinnitus too. The insect sounds mask the tinnitus since they aren't much different. Reminded me of camping after awhile, so I get much comfort from it. I tried forest sounds, but the birds made my cat prowl all night.

I pulled out the P10 last night and tried it for the first time. Woke up with congestion (not related to the mask, just bad allergies and deviated septum) so I used my nasonex and went back to sleep without the mask. I am going to use my neti pot tonight and try again. We are in the middle of a bad mold and juniper allergy season right now so my nose is acting up. That is one of the reasons I wanted to use a FFM but oh well.

I have not pushed on the issue yet. I am still in the separate bedroom for now. Just too many other things going on. You have to pick your battles if you want to win

I will give it a week or two and then talk with her about it. Although last night I think she came in to check on me because she knew I had taken off my mask. So that was nice.
