Looking at your report, you should ignore the hypopneas, the flow limitation, and the Cheyne-Stokes numbers. For people with complex apnea, it's just part of the background.

Looks as if you have Ramp turned on. If you can tolerate it, try turning it off.

Overall,your numbers don't look too bad. Keep tweaking the EPAPMin to control the OAs without provoking the aerophagia.

Your image was fine...a little big but that's easily fixed.

Next time you post an image using imgur....look at the little box of all the addresses and right below the list are the thumbnail choices.
Try this...
Click on "Large Thumbnail"
THEN copy the LAST line in the box with all the addresses on it
Paste that copied address into the body of your text there and then click "submit"
Once it is posted the image will be somewhat smaller and we might be able to see all we need to see on that large thumbnail image...if not the image is "clickable" so that we can click on it and enlarge it if needed.
Often the large thumbnail is big enough but not too big.

I was looking for thumbnail like the pictures in the instructions showed, but I didn't see it.

I haven't seen the instructions...did you find the "large thumbnail" words?
Once you click on "large thumbnail" the address in the last box will change and the image will be smaller but not tiny and when I mouse over it I will get a little hand that means I can click on it and link to the bigger image and then I can adjust size even more if I need to.

You can manually do it with adding some code text but that's a lot of work when it's easier to let the "large thumbnail" selection do the work for you.

I went back on line, but those words do not appear.

Once you upload the image and click on it so that is all that you see....you don't see this that I see below the addresses where it says "Sizes"
You have to have just the one image in front of you to see this.

Sorry, but mine does not say sizes. I went into imgur.com. Is that the right website?

I just uploaded an image and it does look different. At the bottom right corner there is an arrow that says more that you need to click on to see all the options. It includes the BB Code for Forums but I also no longer see the Linked BB Code and the different size options.

I don't know why you aren't where I am at imgur.com. Probably some little something you need to click on to see what I see.

If you can't figure it out don't worry about it...we can still see the entire image by right clicking our mouse and choosing "view image".
While it is nice to have it embedded so that we don't always have to click on it...it isn't that big of a deal if we have to.

I am going with about the same settings except I demasked last night so I might think of lowering the ipap to 20cm, but maybe it's not enough to treat the centrals?
