Glad to hear that. I'd suggest leaving it at that setting for a few more nights. If the nights are pretty similar you MIGHT try increasing by one centimeter ( to 9 ) for a few more nights. You might need just a little more pressure to try to subdue some of the hypopneas. Sometimes, it's just a matter of adjusting to the pressure and the events start to decline on their own.
But, remember, we don't sleep the same night after night. So, it's a matter of "averages".

Thanks PR for reminding me about the clock offset feature in SleepyHead. I totally forgot about it.

For anyone wondering where it is...Preferences...CPAP tab...upper left corner "CPAP Clock drift"
That way your SleepyHead software reports will reflect actual time.
Sorry...nothing can be done in Encore to adjust for the drift.
