We know he doesn't have agoraphobia, as riding a bicycle is usually done outdoors.
--Just walk in and refuse to leave empty-handed.
Do this first for the prescription and then for the equipment.
HOW HARD CAN THAT BE? Aaaaaaaaaagh!

It could be quite simple, if you take matters into your own hands.
First, you go to the doctor's office and talk to the staff there - NOT the doctor, so you don't need an appointment. Bring your insurance card. You ask them if a prescription has been sent to a DME yet. If not, have them send it. Get the phone number and address of the DME - have them print it out for you. Have them give you a copy of your prescription for your file. Do not leave until they hand you your prescription and confirm that the equipment order has been sent to the DME. The DME can not do anything until the doctor's office sends this prescription.
Second, you go to the DME, walk in, and tell the receptionist that you need to talk to someone to arrange to get your equipment. Bring your copy of the prescription with you and your insurance card. Tell them that they have already been sent a request for the equipment from the doctor's office and you need to arrange to get your equipment. Wait patiently in the waiting until the respiratory therapist has time to talk to you because you don't have an appointment and they may be busy with other people. Make sure your cell phone is charged and they you have your doctor's office number on it so you can call them to have them send anything the DME needs, like a copy of the sleep study.
By showing up in person, you can not be ignored. You show that you are going to do what it takes to get your equipment.
We can do nothing else for you. You have gotten the best advice in the world here, but unless YOU take action, nothing will happen. It's all up to you. Get help from someone in your family, if you need it. No one on the forum can do anything more to help you. Do something that will produce results, or don't - it's on you, not us.

I am understanding why they won't answer the phone - yes the squeaky wheel gets the attention, unless it makes such a noise people lock the doors and windows or leave the building to avoid the noise.

He probably doesn't "need" either. We've seen many, many users do this therapy without either......or insurance.
We don't know exactly what he DOES have (or is trying to get) in the way of equipment or anything else.
However, I was thinking that some forum member sent him a CPAP machine sometime back. Maybe an M Series.

I think Pale Rider is right. I don't think I have a DME. All I know is I have a doctor, a sleep lab I went to that's only open late at night, and then there's the healthcare. Also, I'm not sure they have the diagnostic test like PR said. So does that mean maybe I don't have SA? When I did the diagnostic test, I didn't sleep. Maybe that's why he threw away the test.

Julie wrote:DME (Durable Medical Equipment) are the dealers who provide machines and masks after your doctor sends them your prescription - they can't provide those without a script. We (outside of your state) don't know what "the healthcare" means... is it an insurance provider or an equipment (DME) dealer?
Do you have a prescription for equipment or not - without it you're spinning your wheels .
If you do have one then you can send it to e.g. Cpap.com or any other dealer (DME) and get what you need. If you do NOT have one your doctor (by law) should either be giving it to you or else you should be seeing another doctor who will likely want you to have another set of tests before giving out a prescription - presuming you do have a sleep disorder that needs treating.
You need an advocate to take care of all this because you obviously are unable to do it yourself. It's been suggested many times, but you do nothing but call your original doctor's office (who I imagine stopped taking you seriously long ago) and tell us about it... which has gotten you nowhere. Either follow advice or stop asking for it because you're making yourself look foolish and are wasting our time and energy and goodwill. So many have wanted to help you, but you don't respond to what we say, so eventually we get fed up and no longer want to help. Respond to our advice or find help somewhere else.
No I don't have a prescription, who said I did? Julie, if you don't want to respond to me, don't waste your own time.

Don't know if this is relevant but I looked up my healthcare and on yelp they are rated less than 2 stars with more than 70 reviews. Other people say they don't get what they are supposed to get as well. Most even said they would have gave it 0 stars if possible. I'm actually kinda scared to go to this place.

So........why are you wondering "Is it possible
they never
GIVE me a BiPAP/CPAP"???????? HUH?
Who is the "THEY" you're referring to and who will "GIVE" you whatever it is you think you need?
Do you HAVE any equipment at present?
What is it you think you need?
What (if any) insurance do you have?
Who/what is "the healthcare" you refer to?
You really don't NEED any of that to get equipment to get and/or monitor your therapy.
There are numerous ways of circumventing the system and acquiring all of this stuff on your own.

AND.......How DARE you talk to Julie like that!!! She's just trying to help and offer suggestions like everyone else here on the forum has been since you showed up. You've been posting nonsensical gibberish and expecting people to figure out what it is you want and or need.

and that is false. However what I have said isn't false. And it's not raining, there's actually a drought over here. And I just finished a light bike ride.

Wulfman, there is my primary doctor, the healthcare, and the sleep lab. Trying to get a hold of the healthcare now because according to my primary doctor's assistant, they have the machine. The last time I spoke to the healthcare, they said they needed a diagnosis, but the lab claims they deleted that test and so I don't know what's going on.
As far as getting equipment, it's hard to find the exact size because the one that someone sent me doesn't fit. I don't have the means to get expensive equipment on Ebay that I don't know is going to fit.
And I haven't been posting jibberish things. I have been posting factual things and trying to explain them as simple as possible. If Julie is rude to me, I will be rude to her. If you don't agree with what I have to say, then you have the option to hit the block button.

Okay Enchanter -- read this very carefully.
Nobody here has a clue what you are talking about with "healthcare" -- The standard procession is:
Doctor
Sleep Lab
DME
Whatever/whoever you are referring to as "Healthcare" has no meaning to any of us.
And until you get that straight and make it clear who in the hell you're talking about, you are talking gibberish to us.
