Joe -- Yes, that does make sense. Good advice, I'm sure. Unfortunately, due to a truly nasty cold I've not used my machine much since these exchanges last week. I don't get sick much--might get a cold every 3 years or so--and when I do it's usually bad news. Anyway, the cold is 80% improved and I'm going to start using my machine again tonight. If that's what's happening, relax and go with it. Take comfort in the fact that you know you're breathing. Let it help -- that's its job.
Don't think "Crap, I'm not breathing - this is bad!!" -- smile and think of it as another CA that's not going to happen.
