I assume this will go into CPAP Basics TOC and number 26... search.php?keywords=%22CPAP+Basics+-+%2 ... mit=Search

The compiled list of manuals is great, and so much faster and easier than sending an email to get a copy. Thanks for making these available.

History has shown at least one of the manufacturers is not a fan of their clinician manual being this easily available. The premise of the Apneaboard site being "noncommercial", to the point of banning the name of CPAPtalk, is to be able to distribute the manuals. I have racked up some warning points and had things deleted as a result of running afoul of that. It will be interesting to see if there is any blowback here, meanwhile, I'm downloading my library while it's available. Image

at the risk of being a spoil-sport in this wonderful effort.... Are there are legal ramifications to posting these manuals that the Goodman's needs to sign off on?

Well yeah! If it doesn't have twenty-seven 8x10 color glossy pictures with the circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one, I can'ts reads it!

I believe those at the bottom that are in English are the English version of the Finnish ones up top.

it should be made clear that cpaptalk.com is *NOT* providing manuals, they are not stored here, they are not provided from here, just a link to a spot on the web.

I understand the technical distinction of the members providing an article to links at an off-site dropbox server, and that the site owner has nothing to do with that, or any of the content on CPAPtalk. I still think that a cease and desist letter will arrive at our hosts eventually, and I would guess the owners of the site will take the path of least resistance/cost.

But how did that other site get the manuals, etc? Did they just rewrite them? Or are you speaking about the companies that make the machines? I guess I'm confused because the other site has these.
