Even when I slept, I woke up after 2 hours. And that happened more than 3 times. That's uncommon for me. No matter what time I went to bed, I would wake up. And I'm sure it's from the mask because I'm sensitive to my body and have intuition.

Every time I took the mask off, I was able to sleep easier. No coincidence.
For many years prior to my diagnosis, I might only have gotten a handful of hours of sleep in per week, total. Many nights, I didn't sleep at all. This is not too unusual for apnea sufferers. Neither is it unusual for people to have a more difficult time trying to sleep with an alien on their face vs. the way they have spent their entire lives sleeping up to this point.

If things aren't ideal on any given night, sweep it under the rug and start fresh the next night. I did this for over 1 1/2 years before I slept 3 hours in a row. That was a victory I could focus on!

After 2 1/2 years, I still wake up at least every 2 hours, sometimes more often than that. Many people here are like that. So what? We're sleeping better than pre-xPAP and our bodies are not being strangled anymore! Count your blessings, not your excuses.

What are enablers? What are codependent relationships?

You will be stupid the rest of your short brutal life.

yup, you're unique all right, I don't think there's ever been anybody like you in the history of the forum

Keep proving my point! You do nothing but bully and pick people apart. You add nothing to any thread concerning Enchanter so why do you need to interrupt with your garbage? And again I ask who is the Russian guy named Eugene? You keep avoiding answering.

I only have appreciation for u even though I haven't been able to succeed
hey, hwmnbn, tell your apologist that unless someone quotes her drivel, I don't see it anymore... and I've got no idea what she's frothing through her obscene fingers about... the only 'Eugene' I know is a city in oregon.
Yeah, I don't believe he has foe'd me for a minute!

He Who Must Not Be Named is what PR is now referring to E as. Another childish move on his part. Can't just walk away like a man can he? The more I look, the more I find out about PR. All his alt names on different forums etc. He leaves a trail, lol. Beware E. He seems pretty mean everywhere! Looks like apnea board wasn't too happy with him at times.

Enchanter, you need to take control of this for yourself. Go to your sleep center and insist on your reports. Stand there at the desk until they provide them to you. Put your mask on your face. If you wake up, get up, walk around and then mask up again.

It sucks, but you aren't unique, except maybe for your resistance to take personal responsibility for your difficulties.

The lab said that they sent the doctor the report. I called the doctors office and they said they never got the report via mail or fax.

They are only open when a sleep appointment is made. Otherwise the building is locked. I am unique. Even if I'm only unique for irrelevant reasons, the simple fact of the matter is that I am taking responsibility everyday and I am struggling. It's like you can tell a man on a wheelchair to run but no matter how much you tell him it's his fault, he won't be able to do it.

Go to the lab. Tell them you need them to send the report again and that you won't leave until you see them doing it (tho' they can't actually show it to you by law).

Go to the MDs office, tell them to call the lab while you wait, in your presence, and to have the report sent over.

And if neither works (or even right now, skipping the above steps) get hold of a lawyer, or legal aide junior, or someone to intervene. A letter from any legal source usually gets things moving asap and does not cost much at all!

Because this is what it usually takes to get a simple report, right?

No, but if in this case it's necessary, then do it. Is the answer otherwise to just sit and complain til the cows come home? Get moving - you're the one who'll benefit, and we all know you want to get better, right?

Why can't I just let them do it? That's what they get paid for.

Enchanter, I asked you a few good questions a while ago. You didn't answer any one of them. Why is that? Dan
