Well I talked to the manager. Numbers from the first diagnosis have been deleted. There is no way I can get them. But the last titration will be there in a week.

Send a registered letter to your doctor.
Let your doctor deal with the lab.
It is unlikely that test results, good, bad, inaccurate, or whatever are deleted.

Totally agree with this advice. There is no bleeping way that the test results were deleted as anything that is part of a medical record has to be kept on file for a certain period of time.

It is illegal for them to be deleted. They are medical records. Doing so would be a federal violation of HIPAA laws and cost them dearly.
They are either pushing bullshit or that is not the correct story.
Have your advocate help you.

Enchanter,
I definitely agree with Krelvin.
You need an advocate.
What you are doing is not working.

maybe there were no numbers to delete, after all, he swore up and down that he didn't sleep during the first test.
the only thing certain here is that we don't have anywhere near the whole picture.

Good point Pale Rider. The manager said that the test was no good and I did stay up the whole night, therefore it was deleted. But then again, can you diagnose someone with Apnea if they don't sleep?

who's to say what happened? given the complete inability to understand and comprehend simple concepts here, and the way you fixate on individual items out of a group of things said, IN WRITING here, there's absolutely NO reason for anybody here to assume that what you've told us is anywhere near approaching accurate and complete.
you may honestly believe the things you say about what happened at your doctor/study, but based on your actions here, it's almost certain that what you've told us is not *accurate*.
therefore it is foolish for anyone here to try and guess at answers to your situation.
get your mom or dad to log in and talk to us, we can help you better through them.

OK...
If I may interject...
I worked for a few years with students who have learning disabilities...
If "Enchanter" is indeed learning disabled, and from all I have read it seems that is the presenting scenario...then, I personally would expect there to be support for him in his community...
In the facility I worked in it was really important to get the individual's help. I would say, as a total outsider, that "Enchanter" must get help in his community, hands on, in person, in the flesh help.
An online forum is not any use to a person who may have learning/cognitive issues. I entreat you all to encourage this individual to get the help they need, we are not helping...in my personal opinion.
We have been Enchanted...we need to let go....and let this person go and get the help they actually need and will benefit from..
Have a lovely, calm evening...free from enchantment
Stephen

This can be facilitated or reinforced which ever is applicable through a discussion with the mother, father, or even MD if Enchanter would arrange contact.
Up to Enchanter how much he wants help.

+1 I'll vote for the part that encourages getting local help. I believe we've gone about as far as we can. It's up to Enchanter to go over the input already given and again try to make it work for him AND to seek help locally.
