Very grateful for the help. I have a new test coming up in a couple of days. Still don't know how to work the mask, but I'm going to study the whole thing later on today. But right now my concern is if I should take the pill in the next sleep test coming up.

Did you find the link to the video for the mask I sent you? It's pretty simple I think. You find the mouth/chin part that fits nicely and then put a set of pillows that are comfy in the mask. I sent it put together so you could see how it goes. Basically you can mix and match sizes.

I don't know about the pill.

During my tests, I gave it about 45 minutes tops. I had a glass of water if needed close by. In my case I always needed a pill. In 15 minutes I was asleep. End of story.

Pale rider is being pissy because he has spent the last week trying to convince me who I should talk to and who I should hate. PM after PM criticizing every person I interact with on the forum. WOW! What an eye opener! Interestingly, earlier today I received an email from a member telling me that PR keeps changing his identities so that he could click on my name (and others) over and over... on the "Foe" thread. Another Wow!
