They are hoping you will give it another try. I had something similar when the ice cream I used to buy changed some of their flavors to dairy product. I didn't realize until I opened it that it was not real ice cream. It was gross, and I emailed them. They sent me a coupon for a free container. I thought I made it very clear in my email that the product was disgusting, and it was the only flavor I ever purchased. So there was no way I could use the coupon. I did notice a year or so later that it is back to real ice cream. So, maybe sales dropped off enough that they decided to return to the better product.

That makes sense. I checked Amazon (best place to read reviews) and the lightweight supposedly tracks dust. Coupons are good till 3/31/16 so I'll just hold them till I read better reviews. It's really a shame because this stuff does not clump at all anymore! I wish I could find a store that had the old formula still but Tidy Cats claim they haven't changed it...hmmm!

Mine just pushed it over to make room for her self to be next to my head. She actually hates the mask because it blows on her (Wisp nasal pillows). I'm trying two others to see how they work. The other cats don't sleep with me and thus don't care. They grew up accustomed to my Dad's oxygen concentrator, so they are just used to stuff and don't care.
