I have no idea what my sleep study cost. Insurance paid for original split night study 5 years ago and ASV titration study 2 years ago.
Two different Medicare Advantage plans.

My split-night study(included titration) was billed at $750. I was on UCare Medicare Advantage, and I've forgotten what I paid out of pocket but it was less than 20% of that. I might add that my sleep study was done at Mayo Clinic. I recall that my share of the bill for the machine was $18.50 a month for 13 months.

I've had kaiser for 15 years, this year co pays have increased so I was very surprised that I didn't have a co pay for either of my two sleep studies. I also don't have a copay for my equipment or supplies.
