Yes, that's why I'm asking. The posts upthread say that Lanolin isn't good to use, but K-Y is. Since K-Y doesn't contain moisturizer, I'm wondering how that would help with soreness, since I thought that was a moisture issue.

And there are several statements about using the largest size nasal pillow you can accommodate, so I wasn't sure how that fits with what I've been told and what I've read on the nasal pillow website that says use the smallest you can accommodate.

And I was curious as to how you use humidity for the sore nose and tips on how to adjust that when it seems 4 is too low and 5 is too high. Maybe they are some other options to address it. I got the part about adjusting the straps, but think mine is dryness and not tightness.

I've only had one day of soreness. I'm kind of between sizes. My Swift FX came with a medium and small pillow. I really like the airflow of the medium, but after a week or so, I started to have issues with one side collapsing. I've had no problems with the small. Leak amounts are the same.

lanolin is what is typically recommended for sore noses, as I believe it says above.... and in lots of other places. its what i used getting used to the pillows. as to the 'larger is better', I'll just let what's already written stand.

Yea I can't get mine to stop leaking either but that's not any different than the other 5 or 6 masks I've tried...currently not doing any sleep therapy.
