Yes, that's why I'm asking. The posts upthread say that Lanolin isn't good to use, but K-Y is. Since K-Y doesn't contain moisturizer, I'm wondering how that would help with soreness, since I thought that was a moisture issue.
And there are several statements about using the largest size nasal pillow you can accommodate, so I wasn't sure how that fits with what I've been told and what I've read on the nasal pillow website that says use the smallest you can accommodate.
And I was curious as to how you use humidity for the sore nose and tips on how to adjust that when it seems 4 is too low and 5 is too high. Maybe they are some other options to address it. I got the part about adjusting the straps, but think mine is dryness and not tightness.
