maybe even some more, after after a few days to let it settle.
Few days? Nah. I'll up it tonight, and if my AHI drops below 4, I'll know a higher setting is best!
*lol* well, I got fingerwagged at the other day for saying that *I* personally would increase pressures faster, so I was trying to be good, and cautious
there's some folks that like to take things very slowly, where I'm much more 'instant gratification', and there's good points on both sides of that argument, I think.. if you go really slow, you'll likely not surprise yourself with aerophagia or such, kinda like slowly walking into the lake, getting used to the temperature... on the other hand, if you take a month to get up to the higher pressure that makes you feel better, that's a month you could have spent feeling better.... so, as with so many things, there's two sides to the argument. I just try to offer an opinion and at least some of the counter argument, and help you make your decision on what to do.
once you get close to what looks like the right settings, though, I'm completely in agreement, 'small steps, wait, react to trends, not to single nights' simply because you'll have variation from night to night without changing anything...
