I like to assume my oxygen levels are okay with the CPAP but really don't know, now I can hook decide if I want to buy the extra hose and hook up to my concentrator.
you can always buy yourself your own oximeter, a great wrist mounted one that records overnight and imports into sleepyhead can be had from aliexpress.com for under 100 (search through the listings for the best price on a CMS50I) (that's i as in eye)
Good idea, I have the finger one that I use during the day so I can stay off of the oxygen. I need to get off of it so I can go back to work. Never thought I would say I wanted to go back to work!

My Sin is watching T.V. After I eat dinner, I fall asleep sitting upright in my chair, and don't use XPAP or O2 at that time, I know I should as I jolt awake from events.

I do however use my XPAP with 3 L of O2 at night, every night all night! O2 helps your body repair, I use 3L instead of the 2L on the script, because I know with the exhaust, most of the added O2 is washed out.

Another point to consider. When using O2, there are two kinds of supply, constant flow or pulse. Pulse is NOT to be used with XPAP's, use only constant flow machines with XPAP's. Jim
