If your MD still equates weight with OSA across the board, you really need to find another doctor, pref. one in the 21st century.

I lost 75 lbs. Still on CPAP, still the same pressures. I've had more difficulties with masks because my face lost weight first.

Can I lower my pressure after my weight loss?
