Carrying toxic waste, much stronger than this thread. If this thread was a horse, it would have been beaten to death many pages ago, page 1 probably. Jim

BTW, Chunkyfrog, wishes for the best of outcomes to you. ♡

Hey, don't look at me. I tried to kill it as soon as it came out.

Been stomping on it ever since.

BWs to CF as well . Need to put that in as a sig.

Morbius (and all your other identities ) and (not that this is going to matter to you in the least), but, you are my favorite poster. I have learned and laughed from so many of your posts over the years that I've lost count. I also know from other posters what a really good guy you are! Thanks for sticking around... you don't need to, which is another reason you are somewhere above the clouds. Thanks!

Allow me just to say, having been a part of forums of a different topic for about 10 years, and running one right now, there will ALWAYS BE A REVOLVING DOOR OF TROLLS, no matter how hard you try to not have them. I didn't read all umpteen pages of this thread so I don't know who the culprit is and I'm not taking anyone's side. I am saying that, it's like magic, the computer let's people act out parts of their personality they don't get to act out in real life, and many times that is unfortunately their aggressive "tough guy" side or their "better than thou" side.

And just when you think one or 2 trolls are gone and taken care of, make no mistake, there will be 1 or 2 more to pop up. I promise. Just don't define the value of your life by what happens on a computer message board. Instead use it all as entertainment. I have been the victim of trolling too, and make no mistake, I make it really fun for myself, with my counter troll abilities to the point that the Troll usually gives up and leaves embarrassed with the cursory, "Screw you. This whole forum sucks! I don't need you losers." then they are gone..

But that happens because I have fun with it rather than getting all hurt emotionally by what some person on the other end of a keyboard who has NO IDEA who I am says...

Just my 2 sense...

Sandy: I want you to kill every gopher on the course!
Carl Spackler: Check me if I'm wrong Sandy, but if I kill all the golfers, they're gonna lock me up and throw away the key...
Sandy: Gophers, ya great git! The gophers! The little brown furry rodents!
Carl Spackler: We can do that; we don't even have to have a reason.

I have to see what other movies from the 80's I need to watch now. I was too busy raising babies and when we were on the farm we only got 2 channels on the tv.
Thanks PR!

That's a lot of movies! I've seen some of those, Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller, The Back to the Future ones, etc. Never watched a StarTrek/Wars film. Not sure I want to. I like the older sci/fi movies like Forbidden Planet and the Day the Earth stood still. I'll have to bookmark those lists and watch when I have time.

Bill Murray was so great in the movie!

You might like Mel Brooks' humor. My wife doesn't like him, but 'Blazing Saddles' was her first.

I've seen High Anxiety, Young Frankenstein, Robin Hood Men in Tights, and the Producers and loved them! My father was a big brooks fan.

Mel was never worried about being PC...which is why I love his movies. Nothing was off limits.
