The DMEs lie. They do sell these separately. I had to fire Performance Home Medical because the lied and said that my mask could not get small headgear. When I provided a link to the info, they said they could not order it. I contacted a different DME and got it. Later, when I ordered a new mask, I also ordered new small headgear (which has to be ordered separately. I assumed I would receive a mask with standard medium headgear and the small headgear. The mask arrived without headgear, fully sealed.
