The medical profession has been singing this same tired refrain for GENERATIONS!
FYI; I, for one have had ENOUGH of it!
I finally hit menopause (I think). Turned 57 yesterday and 1 year without the you know what!!!

Aw, thank you. I don't normally celebrate it but this year was a weird lead up if you know what I mean!
