What you might want to look for is if the events get worse in REM (obstructive origin) or disappear entirely (central origin).

Or if the real problem is...

It's in

c:/Documents and Settings/YourName/MyDocuments/SleepyHeadData/Profiles/YourName
It's in there; now I just need the info to share it with you.

Yeah, I definitely have bad sleep. But nobody knows *why* I have bad sleep. Right now it's spin the wheel and take a guess. Hopefully I'll know more after Sunday, or at least after the follow-up appointment from Sunday... or maybe after Morbius goes through my data....

Zip, upload to Dropbox and post the link.

And not for nothing, but with the leg and neurontin thing, the periodicity, and the high Watch-PAT AHI, I don't think PLMs can be taken off the table, especially since you can trick a WP into thinking PLMs are respiratory events:

I'm not sure this will work, but:
https://www.dropbox.com/home/Anne

It's the first time I've used Dropbox, and I really don't know much about how it works.

As to PLMs, it's definitely on my doc's list, as apparently I had quite a lot of them at the last titration study, but then I tossed and turned all night at that study because I cannot sleep flat (this time I told them I'm bringing my wedge pillow). And if WatchPAT can be fooled into thinking PLMs are events, can it then generate false desats from those false events?

Ah yes. Now I know exactly what you mean: That PR Hunt-and-Peck algorithm in action. It can be annoying.

Off topic, but semi-related. Why is the Popt search algorithm applied to IPAP on my PR BiPAP Auto? And why is it applied to the EPAP on DarthLady's PR System One REMStar 60 Series BiPAP autoSV Advanced? In other words, what's PR's rationale for implementing the algorithm differently on the two (very) different machines?

That's the link for where YOU log in.

Log into dropbox and go to files. FInd the file in question and click on "share."

It should give you a "share link to file" box with something like

https://www.dropbox.com/s/saabcdef132/m ... a.zip?dl=0

Cut and paste that url to whoever you want to share it with.

If you post it here, everyone who can see see the link will be able to get your file. If you want more privacy, PM the link to whoever you want to see it.

Note that since you copied your SleepyHead profile data, it will have your name, address, e-mail, phone, and anything else you entered into SleepyHead. Open up SleepyHead and "edit profile" to see the information you're sharing.

Thanks Archangle. Will password protecting the profile information be enough, or am I better off just deleting most of it?
