GlowGal; I'm just back from Easter with the family, and viewed most recent posts. Based on your original post about tooth pain and shifting, I do not think an over the counter bite guard will be enough. Maria gave some good advice re; Dr. Rondeau.I have met him on several occasions and am sure that he could be of great help. He is in London ON. I was a bit reluctant to recommend someone specific, as I don't want to promote anyone specific, and violate anyone's sense of ethics. Getting an evaluation by Dr. R would be a great choice, as his office uses testing equipment that can measure airflow both in your nose and oral airway, and TMJ issues. To be clear, I do not work with, nor do I refer to Dr. Rondeau. I am only telling you this as a possible solution to the problems that you are having. I don't know anything about Canadian health insurance coverage, but I'm sure you can get help with that too. The AADSM web site lists Canadian members too, if you want to research someone else. I hope you find relief.
