Also can you zoom in on one prominent FL event and share the flow graph here?

A few observations:

1. Notice the 2:13:45 FL, clearly an airway obstruction event, happened when pressure was ~15. Do you see less such event at 16?

2. Your airflow resume to near normal quickly after FLs, which means your nervous system react fast to airway obstruction. This fits the UARS profile (with CPAP) as well: lots of arousals (poor sleep) but low AHI.

Well I had a similar event when pressure was 16 at 3:12.

I will try to change my current pressure range of 11-16 to 12-17 and see If it resolves flow limitation events.
