I like it! Maybe doll up the machine with some green camo wallpaper and stick it to the wall like a tree frog hugging foliage in the rainforest.
If I do that mod, will CF expect some royalties?

Ha! Scary thing is, I thought it made perfect sense.

Sometimes it is best to keep things as simple as possible...

When you married you did so "for better or worse."

I think you just need to have a discussion with your wife and am sure she will understand.

In the middle of the night you simply nudge her. She wakes up and you babble out the best you can that you need to get up and pee. She says fine and reaches up and shuts the machine off and helps you get out of your mask.

You go and do your business and come back to bed.

Your wife then helps you get your mask back on and adjusted properly and then reaches up and turns the machine back on.

You both cuddle up and go back to sleep.

This way no construction is needed. Just a down to earth discussion and a helping hand.

Oops, there seems to be a flaw in my idea.

I explained to my wife what the issue is and let her read my suggestion. She threw a book at me and walked off shaking her head.

If you consider this you may want to also consider wearing a helmet and some padding to protect you from flying books and other items...

Mrs. Flappy is actually pretty tolerant (usually). All those years of ear deafening snores and her panic watching me struggle to breathe... She's got it pretty darn good now.
Oh, since we are on the subject, tomorrow is our anniversary. Need to figure out how to sneak in playing with the Dual Lock tape while I am supposed to be entertaining her.

Think I'll just sneak out when she isn't looking.

Not quite the jungle but we got fun and games. Was a whopping 5 minute project but the machine is sturdier on the wall than I had anticipated. I mounted it just high enough so it is out of the way when sleeping on my side.

The plastic strips make the machine a little slick when placed back on the nightstand but nothing I can't remedy with a little drawer mat in between.

Thanks for all the feedback.

Before you get out to the wilds in your trailer, have you tested your machine to determine that it will run OK in a vertical position? I thought I read that you asked this, but can't find it.

With the 3M Dual Lock, a little bit goes a long way...be sure you can remove it. As PR suggested a couple coins on the dresser and you will never worry about that sucker sliding off. Looks like a nice sturdy arrangement on the wall of your camper.

I noticed where your outlet is, and am thinking you might need something to keep your power cord on the wall
and away from your (or wife's neck). Just saying.
