Dreamwear nasal mask. For me it is very comfortable, average over 8 hours of good rest every night. What I really like is once
I have the velcro straps set it pulls on like a Catchers Mask. The hose goes out the top of the mask. I don't even feel like
trying any other masks to see if one works better.

Complete newbie here, started therapy on 10/5. I'd been using the Wisp nasal mask for about one week and adjusted to it in that time. Decided, however, to try the AirFitâ„¢ P10 For Her Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask with Headgear because the smaller size and design looked like it could be a nice advantage, and it works so well for many others. Didn't work at all for me; very uncomfortable having the air blowing directing into my nostrils. Tried it for two nights and went back to the nasal pillow, which felt like heaven in comparison.

I tried a nasal pillow (Swift LT) at the DME, but did not like it.
At that time, I would have had great trouble using a pillow--especially THAT pillow!
(They only showed me the LT, though the FX was around)
Months later, I tried the Swift FX, and the different angle was a much better fit.
No two similar masks are the same.

Thanks for that -- Good to keep it in mind as I figure out the optimum mask solution.

^^^ That's my choice as well. It is what the sleep study team used the night I was there for the titration study.
A co-worker was complaining about the type with the prongs in the nostrils and I was thrilled to learn there were alternatives.
Hopefully I never turn into a mouth breather who needs a full face mask, but, I'm tempted to have one on hand for when I'm suffering with congestion from cold or allergies. Does anyone else switch between mask styles?

I used different masks when they ALL hurt, only in different places.
This gave my nose, etc time to heal.
