I may have to join in on the cursing winter. The temp has dropped quite a bit in the last couple of days, unusual as we are still normally moaning about how hot it is. No where near as cold as your weather (only 15C), and there was a rush on sweatpants (trackie dacks we call them) yesterday at work.

English is still English wherever you go; but local vocabulary flags our home to others.
Most of the time it is entertaining, sometimes irritating.
I would love to hang out in Australia or Ireland, but would have to leave Mississippi before I snap!
