I don't need to read about people's issues with each other on a thread I created when I'm looking for help. If I want drama, I'll talk to me teenage niece.

Thanks

You have plenty of good advice on here and the best part is that there is some debate which should help you make a decision for yourself. Quit whining.

Tricks to fall asleep
I don't think reading internet forums at bedtime is one of them.

Everyone is different, this may sound crazy, but it works for me.
I take a deeeeep breath and hold it as long as I can, then exhale slowly when done exhaling I hold my breath again as long as I can and then take another deeeeep breath, etc.
I believe this works for two reasons, one it is relaxing and two while concentrating on the breathing most of the crap floating around in my head get lost for a while.
Try it, if it works fine, if not keep trying until you find what works for you!

This bunch won't do that - it will mess up their stats.

Did anyone ever tell you that you waste vowels?

Insomnia, as we have seen, can have profound negative effects on personality.

I'm reading this forum in bed on a Samsung tablet to try to get to sleep. Not working so far. I'm new to CPAP and have a lot to learn.

that's partially because bright tablets beam melatonin suppressing blue light into your eyeballs, telling your brain "IT'S TIME TO BE AWAKE".

Bickering? What bickering? This site has bickering?
