Yes, they can and often do send equipment out of the US. That's why I recommended them. I know 3 people in the UK that got machines from them. One got a "gently used" S9 VPAP that only had 8 hours on it.

I've used all these masks. I too have nose problems. The nasal pillows are the only thing that resolved my cpap problems. I use the air fit 10 with large pillows. I'm very happy with it.
