Zoom out in the image, and the remainder of the parking lot is occupied by three large SUV's,
each using at least three parking spaces.

USPS service has always been awful and my insanity (repeating the same action, expecting a different result) of ordering from companies using USPS never seizes to amaze me. So here I sit Sunday morning…wondering if my package will ever be delivered… after committing the insane act of ordering from cpap.com (on Thursday), choosing ground (1-5 days) delivery and expecting my package to be shipped UPS/FedEx ground (guaranteed overnight to San Antonio for ~$2.00 more than USPS). This insanity has got to stop!! Cpap.com (if you even care enough to read the posts on cpaptalk.com) unless there is a direct option for UPS/FedEx ground shipping for future orders, this will be my last order.

If you read one of the posts, a gent from CPAP.com said that the company has shifted toward USPS for deliveries, HOWEVER, if you want UPS or FedEx for future delivery options, you can choose that and that is how it will be sent in the future. I don't recall exact words, but before you lambast and threaten, you might want to read back through this thread. They've been VERY helpful to me the few times I needed support for whatever reason. I will continue to support them. You don't get companies with employees who answer phones and actually CLEARLY SPEAK ENGLISH these days. Or give a damn. This one does. End of rant (for the next few minutes).

Here you go, jweiblen:

If you have a preferred carrier, you can call into CPAP.com and ask that your account be marked as having a carrier preference. Once marked, we'll always ship your qualifying free ground packages via the carrier of your choice.

As always, we ship same day for orders placed before 4 PM CST. No changes there and we've actually made major upgrades and have more in the works. However, once we hand it off, we're at the mercy of the carrier we've handed it to.

I'm worried that we are being penny wise and pound foolish with our US Mail switch and am looking at it more closely.

Thanks for your business and sorry for the delivery troubles.

Johnny
My last order from CPAP.com was shipped via USPS and quite honestly, I was surprised at how quickly (2nd day) it arrived!

Well, it won't be TODAY (it's Sunday) and it won't be TOMORROW (a legal holiday for the USPS and many other entities).

And, if you're not smart enough to have spares and backups in reserve so you don't run out of something, you "deserve" whatever happens.
To repeat an old saying we had at work......"Lack of planning on YOUR part doesn't constitute an emergency on MY part."

Note: 1- 5 days is always BUSINESS DAYS and Sunday and Saturday are not included in business days and neither are holidays.

"I didn't pay for speedy shipping, but I damn well expected it, and now I'm going to register on a forum and stamp my feet and wail because I didn't get what I cheaped out on!"

I think we've about summed it up.

Nothing is getting delivered on Sunday unless it is from Amazon.

around here, sometimes I THINK something delivered on a Sunday because it was delivered midweek to the front porch.

the sunday amazon deliveries are ....strange... one of those little white USPS turdtles pulls up out front, and some homeless derelict looking person pops out and lobs a package at my front door...
"wtf just happened?"

Where's the article discussing the impact of the lowest fuel prices in years?

That homeless derelict person was a supervisor, working a little overtime so he could buy a new rifle. jim
