For me EPR=1 is to much, but for other people it's ok. I think, you need to try to raise a little bit the min. pressure(maybe to 6,8 /7...). A sign that the min.pressure is too high may be headache(neck pain), and nervousness and when the min. press. it is too low is a dizziness,get tired,etc... everything's how do you feel the next day..
The leak level is too high...what mask do you use?

I use resmed-swift-fx-nasal-pillow-cpap-mask-headgear

I used this mask, it's a good one but when I changed with an Airfit P10 my AHI and leaks decreased to half.Maybe swift-fx is not the best solution for you or need to change the nasal pillows (bcs.were used or too small or large-not fit well in the nostrils).
Ask pugsy or others older folks here (more experienced) who can tell you more about this issue (leaks, masks, etc...).

Thanks, Not sure nasal pillow type mask is best for me. I started out with one years ago but I would get soars just inside each nostril. I agree the mask os having issues with leaking. I will check the hose junction where it enters the mask. All I can do is to keep chipping away until I see what helps.

I'd suggest raising your minimum pressure to help with flow limitations which are causing your pressure to wander up and down.

your ahi is fine, under 1 is a good place to be, and any variance in there isn't anything to worry about.

leaks are obviously an issue.

So I think I am getting there thanks to all of you. Last night I raised my low pressure limit to: 9 and the upper limit set to 20. Not sure it see's the 9 for some reason I see it can be 6 in the attachment??
but I got a better nights sleep, my humidifier is using double the water it did before and my breathing is less labored. I also took the connect elbow from an older mask and replaced it on my new mask. I think there was an air leek there. If you notice my leak rate is much less now.

I find this very hard to read but am getting there. Am I correct that My manual setting low limited for pressure is set to 9.0 and this chart is saying it 6.3 is low and med is 9.32 and high is 14.48?
Should I go up on the low even more? AHI has been averaging 7.9 and today it was 4.5

One other question, why is there a no activity gap in the very beginning? I did start the machine for 3 minutes and realized my SD card was in the computer so I had to restart but it was only 3 minutes tops.

if you're using ramp, that will show a lower pressure at the beginning, and count the minimum pressure.

your ahi was .45, not 4.5.

the large blank space is because of the 1 minute session at 18:56. turn off those short sessions by hitting the green clicker to the left of them in the session information list.

Yes your right not 7.9 or 4.5 should be .79 and .45 like you said.
Is there a place that explains the graph numbers? I see leak Rate has a red line. I assume the line means stay under and you have a decent leak rate.
But Snore, Resp Rate, Flow Limit... how do I know if those are good or not?

the first post up in the announcements section on the main page will give you a lot of good info.

resmeds like to see you keep your leak rate under 24lpm. that's where that red line is.

snore, lower is better.

flow limit, lower is better.

resp rate, meh... I ignore that unless there's some special reason to look at it.

the red or green blocks determine whether or not that session is shown on the graphs and counted in the stats above. red, no, green yes.

On my laptop I have a tab that shows a Welcome,Statistics, Daily, Overview and help tabs. On my desktop I have Statistics, Daily, Overview and help, missing the welcome page or tab. How do you turn that welcome tab on?

I'd be willing to bet that you have an old version on your desktop.

I bet your right... I loaded the new one over the old one figuring it would write over it. I have a MAC and couldn't figure out how to delete or uninstall the old one.

I think the little devil is probably right.

Things will probably work better on SleepyHead if you get the 0.9.8-1 version running. The nonsense pressure setting on the left above the pie chart makes me think you have an old version.
