Fair enough (on the SSRIs) - just that it's the same one, same dosage since 2005. OTOH, it went generic in 2013 - I'm trying to get insurance to approve Brand.

Here is the study I mentioned - the nadir O2 Sat of 66% is what has me concerned. It doesn't say it, but note that they came in and fiddled with the mask like, 6 or 8 times - no wonder there were "arousals". I use the same mask, and you can see (I think) my leaks aren't huge - but as I mentioned, I secure it with a chin strap too.

Another funny thing that is surely unrelated - but - in April of last year, I was staying over at my Brother's, and they had a super thick body pillow (I normally use one, but just a regular one). I had the best sleep in recent memory on those 2 nights (on my side with the pillow of course). I need to get one of those, but have not been able to find one that thick. Probably coincidence, but never know.

Doesn't really tell us how long the O2 was at 66%.
Though I think a follow up with an overnight pulse oximetry would be the next logical step in ruling out potential culprits.
It's not horribly expensive and easy to do yourself.

That's the plan - I went for the CMS 50D+, since I'm a little cheap .

If it doesn't stay on, I guess you could wear a light glove or similar.

The CMS 50 D+ is what I went for also...and for the same reason.
Plus I knew I wasn't going to be using it except on a rare occasion and I didn't care about multiple nights or clocks or any of that stuff.
I was right...I used it twice and it went in the drawer for months until I loaned it out and that person eventually wanted to buy it.
