Rainout fixes.

1) Turn the humidity down.
2) Get a heated hose or a hose cover. A cold hose increases rainout.
3) Route the hose such that it slopes down constantly to the blower so that the water will run back into the humidifier. You can't allow any low spots. (Sort of hard to do.)
4) Route the hose up over something like the headboard so that it slopes up to the top and down to your mask. Any condensation will run back into the tank or down to your mask. Down to your mask sounds bad, but it comes out a drop at a time instead of collecting in a low spot and making noise.
5) Turn up the heat in the room.

You could also put your CPAP on the floor. Any water in the hose should run downhill back to the humidifier.
