I second the medications as a possible/probable cause. I know that when I increased the dosage of a medication, the interaction with another med made me super dizzy. When I would stand up, everything went black and stuff like that. If you have been on the same meds for a while, did you recently change your dosage? There's a lot of good info online about medication interactions, so you might take a look at that. I definitely had issues with feeling dizzy (along with severe headaches) before I found out about and started treating my apnea, but after treatment, the dizziness has mostly gone away (as long as my mask isn't leaking).

why all the differen "alias"

I this a error in the board software or are using that many different names ?
Probably using the same ISP. Used to happen alot when someone would guest post and used AOL.

OK. Go to Drugs.com and check the "Possible side effects" sections for anything that might be connected.

Even other things can affect how you feel. My wife has been using various eye drops to reduce Glaucoma and cataracts and she keeps getting allergic reactions (in her eyes) and weird things going on with her blood pressure......until she stops using them. They keep changing the medications, but so far, everything she's used has not been without adverse effects.
