That is some pretty impressive large leak, that might be obscuring AHI events that can't be detected. Your AHI looks great, what we can see of it. There are just a few Hypopneas, there are no flow limitations and you are practically running CPAP at 9 cm all night.
I'm at a bit of a loss as I have no familiarity with SA events, but if these are arousals, then I can see why you are taking trips to the little girl's room at night. If they are snores, you need more pressure. Someone else will know.
You need to get the leaks under control. Nothing wrong with the AHI as we see it, but leaks are most likely what is waking you up and stimulating urine production.
Thanks Sleeprider. I've checked back over my other reports, and leaks seem to be a big problem. Last night the leaks were very bad with my new mask (hybrid) I ended up switching back to the quattro. From what I can gather SA is a bit like EPR, will see if I can turn it off, I didn't have it available when I had a brick. I will also up the minimum pressure to 10, as I've noticed over a couple of nights the auto kicked up to 10.

Ahhhh. I didn't look at the graphs because they are like physics to me. No comprende. Thanks PR.

Don't worry, those graphs were very confusing to me at first.

I've been looking at them for years though so no excuses. I took a while off the board and am back and trying to learn so I am appreciating this thread.

It's also in the settings on the left margin. Range is just 9-10

Why does it say under the AHI min 9 max 20?

You're right, the settings seem to cap at 20, but the statistics show it goes 9-10. Um...I dunno? What even triggered the pressure spike? I don't see a flow limit or hypopnea.

sensawake is completely different from EPR.
epr reduces the pressure a little between inhales.
sensawake reduces the pressure when the machine thinks you're awake.

it says that because the settings are 9-20, but for the night shown in the graph, the pressure never auto ranged above 10.
simple.

When I began using my Icon Auto I never had good luck with the SensAwake feature, it seemed highly inaccurate so I eventually went into settings and simply shut it off. After turning SA off I had much better sleep and better results .......it's one feature on the Icon that is not ready for Prime Time.......just say'in

That's what I was seeing but sometimes it's better to have more eyes. I don't really see a need for her to increase her lower pressure to 10 like see was talking about until the leaks are corrected.

It the machine doesn't "run away" on you and go to a higher pressure than you need, there's no reason not to leave the max at 20.
There's not really much of a "spike." It only goes from 9 to 10.
