Agree. I tried chin strap and although it kept my mouth closoed most of the time, it was uncomfortable. Tape was the answer for me. I just use one piece about 4" or so and completely seal the mouth. I use the medical tape you can get at any pharmacy. I think it's 3M.

I have a lower AHI than yours since I started my therapy half a year ago, which doesn't mean I don't have issues mouth opening.

I didn't think cpap tharapy was a contest to get the lowest AHI .... guess I am wrong
