Thanks, I have seen those pillows in my CPAP searches.
I'm pretty fussy with pillows cause I end up with neck and shoulder aches, but I think I'm going to have to invest in one to try out!
When it comes to sleep, ya got to try everything ya can to get the max decent hours.

I have the same question but am a seasoned cpap user.
My numbers upon testing were 28 events per hour ergo I needed treatment.
For the first few years, my numbers were never above the acceptable limit of 5 eph but often between 1 and 4.
Recently (for a month or so) the number has been consistently below 0.4 and has been 0.0 on at least two occasions.
I will be speaking with my respirologist shortly but wanted a disparate take on the phenomenon.

You still have obstructive sleep apnea. Your CPAP therapy is working well.
