Since Quatro For Her Resistance is:
Drop in pressure measured (nominal)
at 50 L/min: 0.1 cm H2O
at 100 L/min: 0.5 cm H2O
X1 should work.

Sorry if you said this somewhere else, but "PR System One Flex C+" isn't enough info to know what machine you have.
What is printed below the display? It should be something like "REMstar blahblah with CFlex."
Even better, take the water tank out, and look on the bottom of the blower unit for a label with something like "REF 460"
