Mine graphs were off by an hour yesterday after setting the time back on my machine but this morning everything is OK.

I quit worrying about whether the clock in my S9 matched actual time about a year ago.

The only thing that I look at these days is flow limitations, leaks, and AHI.

If I see something weird in them, I'll go looking at the other data.

the only time it really matters is if you're really OCD, or you're trying to match it up to something else, like oximeter input

even with that, I'm happy with 'close', given the hysteresis between lungs and fingers.
