However as many people may also have experienced the sheer difficulty in trying to sell them is very very hard. I have put it up on iOffer, and recently on EBAY which they deleted it from, as Ebay don't allow it to be sold. It's sad to see such spotless, and new equipment wasted, when I could sell it to someone at an offer that they wouldn't get elsewhere. The items I have are as follows:
CPAP Machine:
Fisher and Paykel Auto SleepStyle 254.
I have two humidifier chambers, one of them has never been used one of them has. I also have two filters with it. One of them has never been used. The one that was is as good as new still. I also have the tubing. The hours of use on the machine is at 1165.
Nasal Pillow Mask:
Aloha Respcare Nasal Pillow Masks. Comes with pillows Large, Medium and Small
Full Face Mask:
Respironics Comfort Full 2, Full Face mask. The size of the mask is medium
I even have the boxes, bags, CD's, and booklet that I got with it as I only have it a few months. As I'd rather sell it all on in bulk, if anyone wants this stuff at great offer message me I'm open to offers. Or if they know of a place on the web to sell it let me know. You can see the pictures on iOffer of what I have:

Sorry, no time to read the whole thread so I apologize if I have missed it being mentioned but if not, and if you are not familiar with a website called Craigslist, its a second hand site similar to eBay but people for the most part try to buy in cash locally.
I believe you are in Ireland?
http://dublin.craigslist.org
Its a fantastic site but be prepared to go in and offer what you are going to most likely get for it not what YOU think you should be paid for most overprice their items and think their value is greater than it is.
I was a legal assistant for many years but found i could do 5x better online selling. So I am on Craigslist where i live and another similar like site so I do sell on it about 20x per day. But my husbands family owns owned one of the largest retail business of its kind in Canada which has provided me with some great contacts within the industry who are willing to sell to me at major drug store buying costs so I am very busy but most people go on and sell one thing here, one thing there, etc...so your machine is perfect for Craigslist.
It is for the most part cash person to person but I am well known in my city for great electronics so I ship items all across Canada.
But in order to do that, people generally wont unless you have a great reputation and in my case I do, plus I have many many pages of 100% ratings and people know i am to be trusted. Out of all, I had one bad rating so most dont care about it as they history isnt reflected by others like that one so there are doubts as to the person that wrote the negative and reasons why.
That however is much more advanced than you will be selling one second hand item.
But you wont be able to get ratings for one deal meaning its doubtful on such a site anyone will pay you to ship to them. You are more likely just going to end up selling to a local person.
You will get a lot of lowball offers even when your price posted is 100% fair.
I ignore such people but you wont have the offers i get so be prepared even with a fair price posted to let them off $10. For many its a control game and they just need to feel as if they won.
But if you are fair in you pricing and be aware that you will still get low ballers and not get angry with them, nor take it personally, just old out for better offers and you will sell it BUT if you are holding out for an offer tat is too high, you wont get it and will only be wasting your time.
Let me give you one example of what fair pricing might be.......
Resmed S9 Escape which is the brick that everyones insurance company likes to give out but no CPAP person actually wants because its not the Auto Set version, can cost $1500 when bought through the DME with a prescription.
But anyone that tries to get $1500 wont sell.
Here in Toronto, that very same BRAND NEW S9 will bring in $200-$250
A second hand but in perfect condition and barely used Resmed S9 AutoSet will command about $500 although to buy new through a DME with insurance and even without, could cost you $2,000 new.
You have to forget what you paid, and do a search on line for the same machine + model number, and take into account the condition of yours, and how many hours it has been used, etc and price accordingly.
I cant offer you a price as i am not familiar with that model. Perhaps someone else can tell you.
But if you cant do eBay, then Craigslist if you are not familiar with it will be perfect for you.
Happy Selling (
if you choose to do it and need any help writing your ad or advice one how to set it up, etc, just leave a note here and hopefully i will get it ) but there are also others here no doubt that have sold on it and also know how to set up an ad........ad hints on how to make your ad sell your product.
Take a peek at the different styles before devising a post, if you do decide to try posting your free ad to Craigslist
A machine like this would go in the Beauty/Health section whiec is here:
