I only tried it one time recently but that was my experience too Stephen. And it only gave me about 2 hours of sleep on the mask.I tried Trazadone for a while, but I felt sedated the next day...not for me that one...
Many years ago, it was part of my psych med cocktail. I had horrific side effects, including getting dizzy if I rose too quickly. One time, I fell to the kitchen floor and severely bruised my knee. Lucky, I didn't hit my head.
But a friend has had great success with it. Shows how different everyone is.
