I agree that it goes beyond malpractice into more serious areas of true gross negligence. If this is indicative of how he practices medicine I seriously believe he is a danger to my community. I fully intend to pursue the revocation of his medical license in my state.

I have talked this through with a few other physicians in the community and they all agree with me, the wrong tests were ordered, some tests were not done, and it all could have been prevented. Physicians aren't usually one to throw each other under the bus, quite the opposite, but when they see something like this that is indefensible, they have no trouble saying that they believe a patient was wronged. One even offered to testify to the state medical board that the treating physician was in gross violation of the standards of practice and evidence based medicine.

I am glad to hear that you making sure the physician gets his license revoked and that other physicians are willing to back you up on this. I wish you all the luck in the world with this.
