it's ramping up in response to snores and hypopneas. you can increase both minimum and max pressure so that it has less distance to go before it takes care of the snores/hypops.
if it's not bothering you, and you're not having leak problems (you're not) then up the voltage! er, pressure.

Try the max at 15 and see what happens. Leave minimum alone for now.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I tried 10-15 a few nights and not much difference that I can see. We did however make alot of progress on my hypopneas from where we started a few weeks ago.. Maybe this is as good as it gets.

Well it did hit that 15 max at around 3 AM. Short lived though.
What are you wishing to accomplish? If it's clean up the snores a little more. That's probably going to take a little more minimum.
If sleeping great and feeling great there's no urgent need to really do anything.

I think I have achieved what I wanted. I am sleeping better. The A-flex really helped my breathing to be more natural and the increased pressure has helped me clear up those hypopneas..
I think I'm happy where I am. Thank you for your help.

Glad to help.
You know where we are if you run into trouble or have questions.
I have never been one to need to see a "perfect" report as long as I am sleeping well and feeling decent. I am okay with "it's good enough since I feel good". Some people need to see near perfection or they aren't happy...and that's okay too if that's what makes them feel better about their therapy. Not my place to judge like that so I don't go there. That's why I ask what you were wanting to achieve. If you wanted to try for near perfection...hey, I will help with that too. I just want people to be happy and satisfied with their therapy as best they can and I know that the mind is a big part of the satisfaction thing. So your wants are very important to me.
For me my number one goal has always been sleep well and feel good and I found that "perfect" doesn't make me feel any better and a little less perfect doesn't make me feel any worse and it changes fairly frequently from night to night anyway.
Good luck. I wish everyone was this easy to help.

Thank you so much for your help. It has been a blessing to find someone knowledgeable and willing to listen and help. I know it would have taken years to get to where I am now with my Dr. Remember they still had me in CPAP mode.
