OT: Aquiring new skills

Hello everybody,
Mum (95) fell over and broke her hip.
Last week was spend in hospital for surgery.
Now we are at home and I am aquiring new skills: Nursing!!!
Have a nice weekend...
old Zorba there just sulked off into the Aegean, totally oblivious to the obvious.

Good luck with your endeavour.

As someone who has been looking after the parents for the last 3 years, learn how to take time off. Like they say in the airplane "Put your own mask on first before trying to help others" It is probably the most difficult part of the job, taking care of your self so you can be strong enough to take care of the others.
