Unless you have a lot of rainout, I don't think a heated hose will help

The S9 heated hose when used with the S9 ResMed machine actually isn't always about only preventing rain out. It provides for more customization of the humidity that is delivered to suit a person's own personal preference as well as air temp in the air coming to the mask and thus face.

Are you still using the Respironics machine shown in your profile? I see only a Respironics humidifier and an older model at that where heat only is all that is used...if that is what you are using...the S9 Climateline will NOT work with a Respironics machine at all.
The only thing it works with is the ResMed S9 machines.
Are you still using the Respironics BiPap Synchrony or have you got a new machine?

If you are still using the Synchrony you can't use the S9 Climateline anyway.
Its only method of delivery is heat only and that's part of the reason your tank goes dry...it can't hold enough water to maintain enough hours humidity with it's current system.

If you have a different machine now...update your profile please and if you do have a S9...the ClimateLine hose would allow for customization of the amount of moisture delivered and yes..last longer than 9 hours.

It's a combination of several factors...smaller reservoir, your preferred higher humidity setting and the hours of sleep.

If a new machine isn't in your future you might check out the F & P HC150

maggie said "9 hours is a lot of sleep." After a decade or more of not sleeping since getting my ASV machine two weeks ago I have 4 nights of over 10 hours sleep. The second night I didn't set an alarm and slept 13 hours. My body is getting addicted to this sleep stuff.

What if you hooked a passover humidifier into your hoses? Would give you a bigger water supply.
