facial swelling from full face mask

I have been working with the Swift LT for about a week and initially was pleased with the difference but now seem to be going back to the same face swelling problem. Also I cannot get the leak rate down below >80l/s although I don't believe I am a mouth breather. Oh well....One step forward two steps back...I guess I will have to revert to the quattro and live with it!

Could be as simple as mask is too tight. These masks are make to fit barely snug, letting the treatment pressure complete the seal.

My brother has been going throught the same prize fighter face in the morning following the cpap any suggestions
