A whole year has gone by - now on FF mask

Post by cpapper » Sun Oct 26, 2008 6:09 pm

"Celebrating" one year on the Hose. Just switched to a FF mask, and posted below are print outs showing the difference between a night on F&P nasal mask (and chin strap), and first night on the Mirage Quatro FF mask. Before using the chin strap there were some nights with 1 hour large leaks (did try taping). Leak rate seems much lower, judging from the data. I had trouble uploading the images, but thanks to help from Jules, was able to do that. Looking forward to my next year with better therapy and fewer leaks! Last night leak rate was down to 39.

cpapper, CONGRATS!, one year......wow.

One year of taping.....wow.....I could only take it for a month,
I was a polident glue'r.

I'm a ffm convert, too.
It is the best thing I could have done for my therapy.
Once I got my pressure dialed in w/the ffm,
my therapy and my health have improved so much.
I can only imagine how I'm going to feel after a year of therapy.

Keep it up, I hope it continues to improve for you, too.
"If your therapy is improving your health but you're not doing anything
to see or feel those changes, you'll never know what you're capable of."
I said that.
