Results 3rd sleep study..YIPPIE

Hi Everyone just want to let you know the doctor just called me and said I no longer need the cpap machine. my 3rd test was normal.. He said merry christmas and he will no longer be bothering me..his exact words. but he wants to see me in 6 months i laughed and said yes.. Finally It was my wieght that was the problem.

By "third test", you do mean a full PSG sleep study in a sleep lab, right?

Barb,
That's wonderful news -- and thanks for sharing it with us.
I just peeked at your previous posts: You're the bus driver who had a gastric bypass and whose doc. was refusing a third psg, and then decided you had to have both a PSG and an MSLT.

I'm so glad for you - your insistence paid, your bypass helped, you can continue doing the job you like in the responsible way you want to do it -- a really great way to start a new year.

P.S. And I also think you got a kind of apology from your recalcitrant doctor!
