Hello all,
I have been experimenting with PAP for around 8 months now and am using an Aircurve 11 in Vauto mode. I use a full face F20 mask and am trying to find the best settings for me. I look at OSCAR daily and have trouble identifying when my flow rate looks good or bad. Recently I wake up kind of groggy with minor headaches and brain fog but my fatigue is not as bad as before PAP. I do not know what to try next and am looking for advice. I feel like a pressure support of 5 or 6 is in the realm of what I want. The min EPAP that gets rid of most of my obstruction events is 11, but I think I still have arousals. I attached the most recent 3 nights here. Thank you in advance for any help.

Do you take any medications of any kind (even OTC) and if so...what?
Do you have any other physical or mental health medical conditions going on?
Do you remember waking often during the night?
