Swift LT Mask

Post by tonyv » Thu Oct 30, 2025 11:03 am

Has anyone found a good replacement for the Swift LT mask? I see many that look close, but none that have the clip on top to route the hose over the head. I really need that. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Right off the top of my head I can't think of the other mask like the LT that can be routed over the head like you prefer but I do believe there is or was one. For some reason I am thinking one of the F & P nasal pillow masks but I just don't remember exactly.

At any rate just about any of the nasal pillow masks can be modified to route over your head with just a little bit of experimenting.
Below is a picture of when I did it just for grins with the ResMed P10 (or FX) nasal pillow mask. I forget exactly which one it was.

I went from the Swift to the Nuance Pro.

Yes, the picture of the Nuance shows it routes over the head. However, I have never used it like that and it does fine. YMMV. I use the Hozer CPAP Hose Support Device with it. (I got my Hozer from MVAP Medical Supplies as CPAP.com no longer carries them.)

I actually prefer the Nuance because the mask vent doesn't blow in my eyes like the Swift did. YMMV.
